All materials we supply are guaranteed, parts and labor for (1) holiday season. Individual bulbs are not covered, complete strands only. We are not responsible for damaged items due to rain, snow, acts of nature, unnatural causes or breakage due to neglect. We are not responsible for damage to or faulty electrical wiring and systems to property as a result from our services. No guarantee on customer provided lights.
An insurance plan may be purchased at an additional charge for customers who own their own lights which cover complete strands for the entire season. No warranty on individual bulbs. The lights must work at the time of installation in order to be eligible for the warranty. Holiday Sparkles will replace individual bulbs at the time of installation after the warranty has been purchased.
